Terms of Service
1. The service
The app is free to use with ads. Milky Way Finder Pro, an optional paid upgrade, removes ads and unlocks extra features.
2. Pro subscriptions and purchases
- Monthly and yearly Pro are auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Google Play or Apple account when you confirm the purchase.
- A free trial, when offered, turns into a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled before it ends.
- A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Google Play or App Store account settings.
- Lifetime Pro is a one-time purchase.
- Refunds are handled by Google Play or Apple under their policies. To get Pro back on a new device, use "Restore purchases" in the app.
3. Your responsibilities
- Don't use the app to break the law or infringe the rights of others.
- Don't use the app while driving.
4. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use.
5. Changes
If these terms change, we will post the new version here with its effective date.
